Why wasn\’t Effron arrested or his agency fined or shut down?

Florida regulators – wow. Bunch of hypocrits. That\’ll stop the problem!! (Until Effron gets another unlicensed \’producer\’).

\”When Dwyer agreed, Steve Effron, a licensed agent, joined them with an application. Brown told Effron what had been discussed and, with no additional recommendations, Effron began completing the contract. At that point, Dwyer walked away and Det. Spirn walked in and advised Brown that he could not continue the transaction with a revoked license\”

Florida should not be named \”stupid\” just because someone in Florida deides to something really \”stupid\”.

Like your state has not had someone having their license revoked. Right, give me a break. Or perhaps your state has no laws.

Hmm… that seems to be a type on Jennifer\’s part.

Was this part of your comment a typo as well?

    \”Kind of supports Cliffs input!!!\”

Cliffs in this case is possessive. Therefore, it should be \”Kind of supports Cliff\’s input!!!\”

You should probably make sure your spelling and grammar are proper before correcting others. That\’s just a little friendly advice.

And, yes, I am from Florida- born and raised. Thanks! :)

And a typo on my part as well. Hmm, that means it is time to go home.

    I am out of here!!!

I applaud the efforts of the insurance department; they are carrying out their duties as they should. Unlicensed individuals, especially those who have previously lost their license for one reason or another, have no business selling insurance and should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law. Licensed Agents should stand behind the departments’ action in this case.
