    Congrads, once again.

KB Claims …. WINS the Prize !

    Correct Spelling
    Great Knowledge of the facts
    Superior understanding of the background
    Outstanding application of intellect

    Good Job KB,

Now to all of the others….Words cannot express how screwed up you all are. The facts are clear. Lets Review:

State Farm Paid More $ than any other company.

State Farm Pays Faster, in mass, than any other company.

State Farm settled 97% of the Claims before this crap slid thru the sewers of the legal system.

Dave, Realist, Adjusterjoe, Glenn, Chad Balaamaba & Ed Spence please contact KB for a little remedial education. You all need to get your facts straight.

As an Independant Insurance Agent lo these many years, I have heard over and over again through advertisements and solicitations in my mail box that State Farm insures more homes, more autos, more lives, etc in my state. Now that another state that they sell the most in has been devestated, they are scrambling to pay out and salvage their reputation. I\’m sure they are glad that they insured more homes in Louisianna, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida than anybody else, but when the shoe falls, who is supposed to pay more? Right, and for all the sanctimonious sermons about how we don\’t know all the things they did right, I think Ed Rust should be forced to spend hour after hour watching the TV ads running in my state right now about how for the same price as all those \”CUT RATE\” independent insurance policies, you the consumer could have the \”SUPERIOR\” service and coverage of State Farm and it\’s SUPERIOR agent force. It seems that State Farm believes that those of us outside the Gulf state region don\’t have TV or know anyone in that area that is still without a roof (that was flooded).

Am I the only one that thinks that Rocketman is Ed Rust writing under a pen name? Instead of remedial education for all of us, Rocky, how about you going to a website called http://www.sfagentswhocare.com and get a load of how State Farm really treats their clients AND agents.

I am so happy that State Farm was able to reach this point with the system. It is far better than slamming the door on the clients and the state as a whole, for that matter. It just shows that \”Company Character\” is \”Tops\” in Bloomington Ill.
Boy, I wonder when all of the other companies, caugh, caugh… will step up to the plate as well…..

Hats off to the Winner !

    JohnM:

The blind supporters of State Farm are everywhere. They refuse to acceopt the FACT that State Farm made an arbitrary decision not to pay claims they owe. it was only the FACT that Ed Rust was about to be indicted criminally that changed their minds.

    \”congrads to a great company?????\”

When did these hurricanes happen?? It looks like they are finally stepping up to do the right thing, but they did so kicking and screaming. Doing what they were supposed to do dosen\’t neccesarily make them great.

I agree with Dave. It appears that State Farm was basically forced into this approach. Calling them a great company is a huge overstatement.

Dave & Realist: Was there possibly sarcasm in his post? I was like you. Upon firt glance it appeared strange. Also you both must remember the State Farm apologist/supporters with blinders on will be here soon to attack you. Ed Rust, CEO of State Farm sent out a memo for the employees to defend State Farm to the death.

DOING WHAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO, DOES NOT MAKE YOU GREAT. NO HATS OFF FOR THEIR ACTIONS. YOU MAY ASK WHY ARE THEY DOING THIS NOW? COULD IT POSSIBLY BE THAT SOME OF THEIR CLAIMS PEOPLE RAN THE RISK OF HAVING TO APPEAR BEFORE A GRAND JURY, FACE POSSIBLE INDICTMENT,QUESTIONABLE ENGINEERING REPORTS? THINK ANY OF THIS CREATED CHARACTER AT THE \”TOP\”. ROCKETMAN IS IT CAUGH OR COUGH?
