More nonsense emitting from the pandora\’s box of feminism. A man makes a snide remark about a woman and it\’s a federal case, literally.

Also, I have always wondered why Title IX doesn\’t mandate that females be admitted to the football team. If sacking the wrestling team to comply with Title IX is acceptable, why are all-male football and lacross teams allowed?

I\’m not much into sports anyway, but really, do women in sports really interest anyone?

Anyway, if they\’re going after male coaches they should go after female coaches too. Check the LSU coach that resigned right before the championships for inapporpriate behavior with team members (I know I am not stating this correctly, but I did say I\’m not much into sports) We want equality, don\’t we?

obviously if she resigned, then someone \”got after\” her.
equality is not tit for tat

Is the NC coaches \”sexual jesting\” the same as Don Imus \”racial jesting\”? In both cases, it is okay for the object of the \”jest\” to refer to themselves in the terms used, but when used by a person of opposite gender/race, they become harrassment/hate speech?

While majority agreed to sent UNC Title IX lawsuit for trial, the dissenting opinion makes interesting observatins. For example, some of remarks attributed to the coach were made before the Plaintiff became a student at the school
