Not in this life would I consider going against Scruggs…..
I would surrender immediately and move on.

Seems like an oxymoron when lawyers sue each other. It will be interesting to see how this shakes out, especially since State Farm is now working directly with policyholders to attempt resolution of the claims.

as a claim adjuster I can only say \”the enemy of my enemy is my friend\”. This all comes down to greed. Greedy policy holders and greedy lawyers. I wish Allstate and State Farm would just pull out of Mississippi and then let the State try to provide insurance coverage.

Shocked that sharks will eat their own?

Any chance of making it an all-you-can-eat buffet?

I noticed something unusual in this story. \”The lawsuit, which gives only one side of the legal argument…\” I\’ve never seen this included in any other news article involving a lawsuit, in particular when it involves a big bad insurance company or corporation.

Makes me wonder how much of this was written with the help of Mr. Scruggs.

I agree. You swim with sharks and your going to get bit.
