I don\’t believe the State should be financially responsible for supporting folks choosing to live in Florida in an older mobile home. Mobile homes depreciate like most cars, they aren\’t ment to last forever. The State doesn\’t help when it\’s time to get a newer car because the old one isn\’t safe anymore. Is this the year of the non-sticking band-aid or what?

I know…They could live in the 10,000 empty “fully furnished” manufactured homes FEMA had rotting in Arkansas because they couldn’t use them in “flood” prone areas — But wait — The poor American Indian tribes and the “NPO’s” get first dibs on the tax payers money…What a crock — You buy a disposable house – you get a disposable house – They weren\’t meant to last forever – that means – plan on upgrading or buying another one – just like my car – HuH? hit the nail on the head – Get a Grip !

I\’m surprised the bleeding hearts don\’t want to establish national upgrade fund (like the national cat fund they want)so the rest of us can pay to refurbish their 30+ year old tin cans.
