Drivers over the age of 75 should be required to take a cognitive test every 2 years or after an incident/violation to keep their license.

It\’s not just the teens on cell phones – I see many individuals of all ages on the roads who swerve, don\’t pay attention, etc. while on cell phones. How did we ever drive without them in the past? More Safely! Just outlaw them while driving permanently!!
