    Of course the plaintiffs had proof that these big, mean corporations were at fault for the flooding, they have deep pockets don\’t they? All corporations with deep pockets are always at fault for everything.

    um – how much proof do you need – when you clearcut trees away from river areas and watershed areas, areas that USED to soak up rainfall and extra runoff – where do you think the water goes??? I live in Florida where big developers want to clearcut mangroves away to give those condo unit owners better views – guess what happens when you cut away mangroves???? FLOODING – The deep pocketed companies need to spend the $$ restoring these areas !!!

    Guess I was NOT wrong cause the judge even stated the plaintiffs had NO case. To the false poster on 01/26/07 @ 3:38, what you called in sick to high school today and got on mommy & daddy\’s computer?
