State Farm broke the law, not the people here. I would like to smack you for thinking you are better than,
Where do you live because I want to check on you when you get screwed.

gawd-forskaken Buddy, is your arrogance & denial to accept the truth about what they have done for greed.

    The Policy is gawd-forskaken.

It\’s filled with Theft by Fraud.

    That\’s a fact, Jack.

Imagine the nerve of that judge, expecting State Farm to abide by the contract it had written! As if they should have to pay for wind damages just because the contract says wind is a covered peril and the company\’s own documents agreed there was wind damage.

What will those judges do next?

I really hope all the carriers pull out and quit doing business in these gawd-forskaken states as it is painfully obviously that the law is ignored and run by compassion.

I agree with you Bob! liberal judges like this are going to start handing out money hand over fist to people who cry the loudest. it will not change until some of the major carriers pull out of the state of MS and LA. South Alabama got hit just as hard in Ivan and katrina but noone here is crying, we just rebuilt and got on with our lives

It\’s beyond me how you can sell insurance & specify what is covered & what is not covered & somehow, some way… the Judge reads it differently.

Whatever happend to \”you get what you pay for\” or \”plan ahead\”??? Do these folks really think that just because they were in this catastrophic event that they need to get something for nothing irregardless of their planning (or lack thereof)?

The Judge needs to stay out of the motel room & stop smoking crack!
