Isn\’t it ironic that just 10 years ago or so the insurance industry hated the banks and fought hard to not allow them to play in the insurance industry, and now the insurance industry is instrumental in getting a banker elected to guide them? No reflection on Alex Sink as she was the better choice, just a thought.

Kevin McCarty was appointed by Gallagher. The man performed failed to tackle several issues, deferring to junior staff.

He bent with the political wind and turned the OIR into little more than a rubber stamp for Gallagher\’s buddies, such as Mike Colodny.

Alex Sink should get rid of Kevin McCarty immediately, and follow that up by saying goodbye to Carlos Muniz, the young lawyer Gallagher appointed as DFS general counsel – he\’s simply another rubber stamp to do Gallaghers\’ bidding.
