The voters of the state of Georgia
have made a big mistake. I have been
trying to communicate with the
Commissioner for six months,my state
senator has written him twice and he will
not reply. State Farm Insurance Company
has really done a job on my house repair.
They brought the contractor in to do the
job and then left my house in a mess.
State Farm paid the contractor and now
they left me holding the bag and I
cannot get anyone to get State Farm to
straighten out their mess. There must
have been a lot of campaign
contributions
This is the same insurance department that doesn\’t want to act on a body shop that advistises with a big banner \”Save On Your Deductible\”. Last time I looked, the customer was supposed to bear the 1st portion of a loss up to the deductible amount, not the insurer.
