Like the plaintiffs and/or their attorneys really care about the truth as to the cause of this accident. All both parties only see are deep pockets and dollar signs.

Through this piece of crap law suit out of court. Now… sue Comair for pilot error…..that I would support but the manufacturer..please total ********.

fwiw… I am a commercial airline pilot with 9,500 hours of jet and turbo prop time.

All but one person died in this horrific accident. The estates just want to make sure there is enough money to go around for everyone.

I\’m not a fan of plaintiff attorneys either. But, anyone with a heart feels for the persons who died and those who are left to go on without their loved ones.

An airplane loaded with fuel burst into flames when it crashed. [Obviously the manufacturer was grossly negligent in not producing a fireproof airplane.]

Hopefully a trial judge with some chutzpah will throw out the frivolous amended complaint and award sanctions to Bombardier!
