They don\’t want your docs that show the the Farm wouldn\’t pay you $200.00 to hang a towel bar in someones bathroom. Go back to scamming old ladies Roger.

    You don\’t interpret \”Contract Law\” with emotions.
They should\’ve had Flood Insurance and have no one but themselves to blame for not having it. The cry of \”the gov\’t didn\’t tell us to buy Flood ins\” is a childish hand-in-the-cookie-jar type of reaction.
This is about the LAW OF CONTRACTS. Without that what do we have? A welfare state of taxpayers subsidising the cost of living on the coast/beach/dangerous (but pretty) area. That\’s not fair to the general public people.
You make your bed, you lay in it, don\’t drag me in there too.

Shoot, why not move the trial to Montana? The jury pool there would not be biased because of storm surge, but would understand wind damage. I\’m sure the media propaganda impact would be less also.

although I completely agree with you. all of these cases and most of the verdicts will be based upon emotions just as all civil cases are based upon emotion and neither the law nor fact.
