    C,mon Dickie, put all those millions you earned in the tobacco settlement to good work. Why don\’t you pay the $350 filiing fee for each of your clients? That would seem like the fair thing to do since you are just leading most of them down a path of hopeless optimism.

    Having been to the Gulf Region more than I would care to over the last year, I\’m sure that there were some \”wrong\” calls made on individual claims. Like any other profession, insurance adjusters are not infallible in their assessments. Scruggs and his ilk should make room on the docket so that legitimate cases can be heard expeditiously and facilitate the correction of any errors.

    This bottom feeder Scruggs will not give up until he wins something. His reputation (which isn\’t much) is no the line. He will end up cost the government, insurance companies, and consumer millions.
