I wonder why the Commissioner is them two years to clean it up? Sounds like they should get the boot now.

i am still waiting to have the total loss of my car adjusted since my accident of june 3, 2002. i have paid my premiums for the past 10 years and never was late. the adjuster told me to be patienet and that these things take time.

i am a very patient person but isn\’t 4 years enough time to wait? my alternative is to get the insurance sold by the lizard and i hate lizards

    please help me

i have the utmost respect for the adjusters who are handling claims in georgia. they have been trained to deal with idiots from the d.o.i. at least we get a kick-back in illinois

i have found that the adjusters are not only poorly trained but that they are underpaid as well. i guess this all evns out.

the commissioner needs to lighten-up and get with the program. the company is willing to give him a kick-back to make him happy. all he has to do is ask nicely

you need to get real-are you the only commissioner who is not taking a kick-back from the insurance company?

have you ever handled a claim file in your life? it\’s pretty funny that you have chosen safeway to pick on. are you running for a politcl office?

just take the money that safeway offered you when you began your audit and enjoy a vacation in the bahamas. leave the claims adjusting to the adjusters.

by the way-my body shop could use some business from your co-workers. we give a 10% discount to the d.o.i if they stay away

this is a ploy by progressive insurance company to get more business.

that insurance commissioner is obviously a claims adjuster wanna-be. just because he didn\’t get his fists greased he is taking it upon himself to be a big man. according to the pics i saw of him on his xxx site he is anything but big!!

    get a life you scumbag

BILL, IF IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 4 YEARS SINCE YOU TOTALED YOUR CAR, YOU COULD HAVE A PROBLEM IF YOU ARE IN GEORGIA. THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR MAKING A PAYMENT ON A PROPERTY DAMAGE CLAIM IS 4 YEARS. CHECK YOUR ACCIDENT DATE – IF YOU ARE STILL WITHIN THE 4 YEAR TIME FRAME – YOU MAY NEED TO FILE SUIT TO PRESERVE YOUR RIGHTS. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE 4 YEAR WINDOW, YOU MAY HAVE A PROBLEM.

Call his office. I would be shocked if you did not get at least some guidance. I know from experience that Oxendine does not take crap from anyone and watches out for the PEOPLE, not big business. I lived in Duluth when the April 8, 1998 tornado struck and he whipped those snakeoil people into shape, kicked *** and took names. They should have had him in Louisiana!! I have the highest regard for him and his crew.
I was so pleased to see this article…..Good luck with your claim.

Well, it\’s obvious you\’re one of the snakeoil lowlifes who feed on other people\’s misfortunes. You wouldn\’t recognize an honest person if he fell on you, and there are good, honest commissioners out there. Not everyone is a scam artist like you…….and I find it interesting that you are to chicken to use your own name. Embarrassed are you??
