What a crock! WV couldn\’t run it\’s Workers comp program the first time so they start doing the same thing with Brickstreet. They did not fix the problem all they did was start a new company and bury the old system. There still has been no improvement on investigation of the claimants to see is they can get back to work. Overpayments etc. The unions and the attorneys do not care its the WV version of retirement.
Auditing business will not cure the ailment.

My check ws sent on time but did not reach them.
They did not notifiy me that paymet did not reach them. They CLOSED my account and then demanded I pay a fine and then open a new account. I never missed a payment in 11 years. Why are they allowed to close an accout without notice. Why is this not ILLEGAL? Who is starting a lawsuit against Brickstreet?
