    George Dale loves George Dale.
It is the policy holders in Mississippi who have had to DEMAND subsequent adjustments, appraisals, inspections, etc to recoup a FRACTION of our COVERED losses.
Don\’t think just cause this \’good ole boy\’ hails from MS that he\’s actually a good thing for those of us hit so hard.
(He only won his elected position by a very narrow margin.)
George loves reading about himself and loves sending out press releases all about how wonderful he is.
My opinion (and I have talked to him pre- and post-Katrina in person and on the phone) is that George loves George. Period.
FYI- He lives far enough north in the state to barely get a breeze from a hurricane. He is no friend to South Mississippi hurricane policy holders.
Of course, ya\’ll probably love that!!!!

George Dale has done more to improve the insurability of your homes and businesses than any other public offical in Mississippi with his push for tort reform, which lowered rates for you and made MS halfway attractive for carriers. I suppose you think Jim Hood and Trent Lott are helping the situation by suing insurance companies for flood losses? Who\’s going to pay your losses when the insurance carriers once again exit our state?
