What is very scary is the attorney stating he better bone up on the rules. I sure hope this is one of the few attorneys with a sense of humor.

The judge needs to make the decisions he is paid to make. The attorneys are just advocating for their clients.

You know dang well the attorney is boning up on the rules so that he can well apply the loopholes in the rules to his advantage.

Maybe the judge is on to something. Look at all the bucks that could be saved. Faster than arbitration, appeal denied.
