Did I not just understand that simplicity actually made sense? My, maybe the tide is turning and we can actually get back to the basics. We as a society have certainly complicated things enough.

What is very scary is the attorney stating he better bone up on the rules. I sure hope this is one of the few attorneys with a sense of humor.

Hooray for the Judge. I share his frustration with attorneys acting like spoiled brats. They should look in the mirror and ask themselves whether they might just be taking things a little TOO seriously. His Honor is to be commended. Hope they film this for court.TV.

The judge needs to make the decisions he is paid to make. The attorneys are just advocating for their clients.

    Plymn –

You know dang well the attorney is boning up on the rules so that he can well apply the loopholes in the rules to his advantage.

Maybe the judge is on to something. Look at all the bucks that could be saved. Faster than arbitration, appeal denied.
