This story is important because some one was selling bogus documents to people driving 20 ton dump trucks that can and do kill, injury and destroy people and property. Instead of having a basic ammount of coverage for the very forseable accidents these guys are driving around with a worthless bit of paper. If you are in an accident, one million dollars in coverage can be used up quickly if you are in bad shape which is why I call it basic coverage. But it is still much better than the absolute nothing these guys were driving around with.
Governments can be bad, companies can be bad, and individuals can be really awfull. A person\’s actions are not excused because of someone else\’s bad actions.
