Dickie is narrowing the field of players down for the Mississippi people for the future.
I guess the people will self-insure but maybe Dickie will sell one of his jets and start an insurance company, Trent Lott will be the CEO.

Right on… coming so soon after meaningful tort reform in Mississippi has actually started to attract carriers back, our \”leaders\” take it upon themselves to counter this w/ these lawsuits. Thank You Mr. Hood and Mr. Lott!!! On the other hand, who can blame Dickie… this is only going to make hime even more filthy rich.

    The Insurance Industry is
Refusing to Pay for Wind Damage.
They are blaming WATER for all Damages caused by Katrina.
They are lying and cheating the
    American Homeowners.
Katrina winds were up to 200 MPH.
Not one Flood Adjuster denied $1.00 blaming wind for water damage
BUT State Farm & almost Every Homeonwer has had to fight/sue their homeowners insurance to get wind claims paid.

THIS IS WHY WE ARE SUING THEM.

IF THEY DENY CLAIMS FOR A CATEGORY 5…
WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THEY WILL PAY YOU FOR ONE LESS THAN KATRINA?

You should stand up and stick together with your people.
    The working Americans, The Homeowners…
have been betrayed by our own.
That my friend, is worst than Katrina!
