Costs Floridians $1400 a year- does that include the motorists that choose to NOT CARRY INSURANCE? Where are the stiff penalties for that? It\’s cheaper to pay the fine and drive away then to obtain legal insurance in Fla these days. Uninsured motorists are just as bad as those that commit insurance fraud, IMHO.
As long as a license is \’just a good idea\’ and insurance is a \’suggestion\’ in the state of Florida, the rates will continue to skyrocket.
