Fla. Consumer Services: Poe Officials Vow to Reduce Complaints

    I am certainly not defending Poe by any means, but when you have 3 times as much business in Southeast Florida as any other company, expect to get 3 times as many complaints. Wilma was a wake up for everyone, Citizens required an excessively high percentage of takeout business to be from Miami Dade, Palm beach, Broward counties, so who is to blame for the policy spread on Atlantic Preferred? Get some capital on the books (good luck) and start acting like your here for the long haul or shut down and don\’t come back.

    JR: Wilma was not a wake-up for everyone. Andrew was a wake-up call. Anyone insurer who thought Wilma was a wake-up call was asleep at the wheel (i.e., forgot the lessons of Andrew).
