My minor sons father was in an accident while working at Boral Brick Co. of Smyrna, Ga. This accident resulted in his death. He fell 40 feet through a skylight on the roof. No fall prevention gear was being worn.
Does anybody know if this specific company at this location has been cited before by OSHA and if so, where can I access this information.
ANy help would be appreciated by my son and I. I am sure this death could of been prevented.
