    Am suprised about MS but not LA. Katrina may not have been so bad on New Orleans if the tax dollars had been spent on the levees rather than going into public official pockets.

    You mean there has been fraud. OH, Gasp! To buy a stadium rather than building the levies that New Orleans was told they needed – almost 40 years ago, acording to last summers story in Nat\’l Geographic – is like a town not buying a fire truck for their fire department.
    The most extreme case of malfeasance EVER.
    As far as the fraud…..this will be the most effective of term limits.
