I see no problem with an all risk disaster policy as long as the people that want it are willing to pay for it and those that are not subject to hurricane and/or flood don\’t have to pay \”all-risk\” prices.
I agree with Superjuster, but they will never want to pay what it would acturactally cost to coverage all those possible losses. Thats why they want a Federal program to let everyone get to pay a little, OF course only the ones that want the Benfits, are the ones encouraging it!!!

Is anyone else concerned that this is a Congressman who makes laws for the entire country?
