Long lines mean Citizens is the largest insurer in S. Fl.
From my perspective, Citizens rates are not high enough. It looks like the rest of us non-citizens policy holders will get to pay another surcharge to bail Citizens out. (+900M in the red this year, isn\’t it?)

We might have had the longest lines, but all insureds were taken care by days end. That would not quilify as poor service.
