Regular insurance co csr: “How may I service your client’s policy?”
Citizens csr: “I have lost the document you sent me for the 3rd time. If you don’t send it again, I will cancel your policy.”
I am eagerly awaiting the improvement in service as a result of the move.

Why on earth would you think that moving to a new location would improve efficiency for Citizens. The caliber of the average employee they have is less than capable of upsizing your french fry order.
The sad truth is that Citizens does not care about agents, insureds or even being in business for that matter. Until they are run like any other business and held accountable for the inadequate methods they currently use, they have NO reason to change the way they are doing things now. I am still trying to figure out what monetary motives the DFS and OIR have in purposely driving good companies away by not allowing rate changes yet Citizens is pondering another 70% increase on top of the 6.8% assessment on top of the fact they are already 50% higher than standard markets, and this is just to try and make them solvent. Hell, what about the real companies out there? do they not deserve to make enough to stay in business. Where in the hell does the money trail flow. It seems that NO politicians what to consider looking into this matter. This is a socialistic attitude that only the government can provide you with your insurance needs. Gee I suppose it is OK to be insured by a company that is $515 million in the hole from last year. I suggest all legislators, etc stop *****ing about the volume of business that is flowing into Citizens and get off your overpaid butts and do something about it, Competitive pricing must prevail, no companies are looking to have rates higher than Citizens, whats the deal? But the way any director, officer or department head that takes bribes like the COO of Citizens, should not only be fired, without pay or contract payments, they should pay back 10 times the amount gained, be given a lie detector test and asked who else is on the take, and then be sent to jail for 20 years. This is called corruption, theft, obtaining gain by position and any common citizens would be locked up, lets see if they have the BALLS to do what is right.
