after living in Florida since 1966 I am glad to have moved to another state. I have spent 39 years in the Insurance business all of it in Florida and this is just the tip of the iceberg there are so many crooked things that go on it is sad, when Hurricane Andrew hit the amount of people that profited because of phoney claims is terriable. It just takes away from the people who truly do have legitimate claims. I do not know if it will ever change in S Florida, it sure don’t look like it considering the Hurricanes of last year hit Palm Beach County which is quite a distance from Miami. I hope FEMA can recoupt the money that was paid out and help the people who truly need it
