I have personally known the Petrarcas for several years and feel confident in saying that Steven will come through this proven innocent of any malicious criminal intent. The only thing we know Steven is guilty of is being too kind, supportive and trusting. I offer my complete support to him and his family during this very difficult time.

Donna, I too want to see to it that Tommy is held accountable for what he has done to my parents. You seem like the only logical one posting on this site and in a similiar situation as my family. If you should hear of any civil lawsuits being brought against Tommy, please let me know through this site. Criminal charges aside, I want to see to it that Tommy is bankrupt over this and his home and anything else he owns is taken from him. It is amazing how he dupped our fathers who trusted him. Tommy came to my fathers memorial service and within a week was getting my mother to invest with him. He WILL burn for this.

I am amazed! Having been brought up in a very rural part of the south, I have seen composte all my life. I have seen it hauled on trucks, spread in the fields, watered down and used as fertilizer; but when all is said and done it’s just “manure”. When charges of this magnitude are brought up, I find it incredulous that Michele would use her 15 minutes of fame through Tom, to tell the world of how beautiful she thinks herself to be. Like I wrote earlier, no matter how tidy and beautiful a package you try to portray yourself as, you’re still “manure”.
We all know you were the one that attacked Joyce Petrarca, that was a mistake, certainly not your first; but none the less a mistake. That LADY is a CLASS ACT. You can’t hold a candle to that woman!
Steve is a fine person, he’s honest and hard working and he’s smart. I’m sorry for him that he ever did meet Tom and began doing business with him. Tom is a charmer and a fast talker. Steve just got duped like the rest of us. Someone asked what Steve has lost? – Are you kidding?

Objectivity: I have not judged their wives, families, girlfriends, etc. I only judge an individual by his or her actions…I don’t judge the family (and I’m a little tired of hearing about their families…about how great they are or who’s a pole dancer, etc.) Who cares? These two men were arrested because there is proof that THEY did something wrong according to the law. Whatever happens to them is their choice. If I put my hand in a fire, could I really think I wasn’t going to get burned? My father and I could very easily forget all about this if THEY would just pay back the money…and learn from our mistakes…Some people know one side of “these guys” and we know that side also, however my father saw the side that stole 10s of thousands of dollars from him.
