This is not a Jeb problem or a red problem. This is a widespread issue in every state in the union, both blue and red. Don’t fool yourself about the workers compensation industry. Insurance companies are there to make money, but by no means are you being ripped off. Quite the contrary. There are more individuals ripping off insurance companies by underreporting, injury fraud, padded expenses, you name it. I suppose you are also one of those guys who feels its perfectly within your rights to let your auto shop pad your collision repair bill in order to get back that deductible? That, my friend, is one of the most common types of insurance fraud…and unfortunately most consumers think that its perfectly ok. Dont blame politics, blame the idiots who actually break the law and keep the cost of insurance rising for the rest of us honest folks.

One of the problems with hidding from payroll taxes is that they us a PEO to hide and what makes this worse is the PEO knows about it.

Many years ago my partner was ripped off by Ed’s auto. It was done without any regard for a good customer. I guess it catches up with you.
