What are they talking about in the last paragraph? Quote, “A basic insurance company’s function is to spread the risk among a group of common interest parties (such as homeowners) but those parties, over time, must bear the risk.” Then what the hell is insurance for????? God forbid a series of catastophic events occured which is not the norm. God forbid losses were incurred and the insurance that “the parties” PAID for is put to use. Shame on 21rst Century!!! What a bummer, it seems like 21rst Century is going to break even this year. No more cavier dreams this year…but hey, lets exlude everything and still collect the premium to make sure we have a Hawiian Fun Fest next year.
