i was employed by combined insurance comp. in 2000,,,i suffered a injury that put me off work for two mts. and was basiclly forced to go back to work only to quit in less than 3 mts. later.. during the last 3 mts i didnt make enough money to pay for gas the next week,,, i questioned my manager regarding my claim and she kept tell me she was working on it only to find out later that she had not even reported it to the proper w/c carrier .i required surgery for this condition in may 2001 and was disabled by the social security adm. ironically backdated to may 18 2000,,, ten days from my original claim date… any info or possible claim now would be greatly appreciated.
