I hope that this appointee realizes that she is obliged to enforce the law and prosecute officials and owners of Insurance companies that refuse to pay legitimate claims under the guise of fighting fraud. The Insurance commissioner’s Annual report for 2002 reveals that one company had twice as many complaints as any of the top ten, pays at rate of 80% LESS than the others, ans still is not chastized by the Department???? Why?????
