NALG Reacts to Unauthorized Spam E-mail

April 14, 2004

Bradley Wilson, president of Florida-based North American Liability Group announced that the company has once again become aware that unauthorized spam e-mail is being sent out about the company by an unknown third party or parties.

The spam e-mail is reportedly being sent by an unidentified person(s) or entity(s) and contains information which did not come from the company, was never approved by the company and in fact, contains inaccurate information about the company.

The e-mail also states that the sender owns independently purchased shares of NALG which it purchased prior to its sending the e-mails and that it was paid 15,000 shares of free trading stock from a third party. The company reportedly has no knowledge of these statements and intends to investigate who might have paid for these unauthorized e-mails. The company cautions investors not to rely on any such e-mails.

In commenting upon this, Wilson, stated, “We have no idea who disseminated this spam e-mail. This e-mail was not authorized by the company and we are trying to determine its source and that e-mail should not be relied upon by any potential investor. We encourage anyone who received the spam e-mail to report it to the proper authorities. On another note, we are in the final stages of finalizing our 10-KSB and hope to file it later today or tomorrow.”

NALG is an insurance processing company that integrates universally compatible applications and infrastructure to manage and process insurance applications, claims and settlements.
