I believe there should be a well structured routine in which the claimant has to prove his disability, rather than the insurance carrier and employer having to disprove the extent of a claim. The individuals along with the attorneys and doctors that are committing fraud, obviously don’t have to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt to accomplish there unjust reward. They just have to follow the same old formalities to accomplish what they want. What can we do to change this?
