Citizens is passing the buck as we have been calling for 4 weeks now and cannot get a adjuster. We have been reasigned 3 times and have had 4 different claims. Also we were told state farm was handling it and even had a date set for the adjuster to come to our home. Then a call saying state farm wasn’t handling it.
This company is horrible at communications and has mental midgets answerring there 866 and 800 numbers. They can’t answer any questions and all you have left is to listen to a automated message that doesn’t help.
All I have left is legal means which I ma going to pursue.
