To allow the administering of both work comp., and sick and accident benefits to one company is a conflict of interest for the employee. Being that the only interest would be that of the employer!!

Money has ben deducted from my pension that has been goin to your company. This was taken with out my knowledge. The have been deducting 17.60 amonth from my pension since april 2008 retroactive from October 2007. 350.00 was deducted from my christmas bonus in 2007. 205.34 was deducted in 2008 2009 and 2010. I have requested a statement for this money but have been given a hard time. I have been treated very rudy. I have 2 property seizure notices that wre issued after they start taken this money from my pension and christmas bonus. This is a result of being crippled by GM plant doctors. Your company owes me this statement. I consider the 2 siezure notices fraud becuase they did not report the money they are collecting to the collection agency or the courts.

I have been fighting General Motors for three years for worker comp because of my lungs. As of now I have not received a cent so do you think they are so good. When I worked at GM I worked my job and overtime. I think it was not a good place to work after all.
