    In re: to the article, I we were also victims of Ms. Shockeys henious deeds.
    We are very distressed because we were sued after having an accident that we “were assured” was “covered”. We are now making very large monthy payments to the others party’s lawyers, because the “insurance commisioners” had not “made a decision” in regards to the case at that time, gave us a case number and sent us away.
    Now I find out quite by accident that this was settled in june of 2003?!?! we were never notified. we were put under the impression there was going to be a class acttion suit — is that incorrect? do we persue her individually? or is it too late?

    HELP!

    WE still have not hear if there was any class action taken, we were sent affidavits, which we sent back over 18 months ago. Can ANYBODY please help???

    I also paid money for coverage which i thought i had untill it was time to get new insurance with another company. and then paid alot because i had no previios coverage. i do have info about her if you contact me through email i will share.
