ABRA Receives Consumers’ Choice Award Fourth Consecutive Year

April 22, 2003

ABRA Auto Body & Glass announced that their repair centers in the Atlanta market have been chosen for the fourth consecutive year as the recipient of the Consumers’ Choice Award in the Auto Body Repair category.

Operations Managers Lee Rush and Scott VanEtten accepted the award on ABRA’s behalf at a ceremony on April 12. Award recipients were chosen through a comprehensive and objective survey conducted by Market Facts, a world leader in consumer research and customer satisfaction polling.

“ABRA is delighted to have been selected again by the consumers of Atlanta as the best in our class,” stated Andy Ingalls, vice president-ABRA Georgia. “We are constantly striving to provide superior service and excellent craftsmanship to our customers. This award was proudly accepted as a tribute to the dedicated work our team of professionals has provided to those who have trusted us as their collision repair provider.”

The Consumers’ Choice Award, an initiative of Consumers’ Choice Institute (USA) and Consumers’ Choice Institute (Canada), retained Market Facts to conduct the survey. The award is unique in North America in that consumers and not a panel of judges determine the winners. The purpose of the Awards is to publicly identify those establishments that have been voted by consumers as being their choice for excellence in quality and customer service.
