Example the was damage to the front end, and they CLIAM a small leak in the radiator was NOT A RESULT of the accident, yet my daughter had been driving the vehicle for one and a half and NEVER had the coolant changed and HER VEHICLE NEVER RAN HOT. This to me was prove that they were cost cutting for Liberty Mutual. I can not began to tell you the number of problem she has had since coming out of that butcher shop disguising themselves as an auto shop. Not the mention the number of times this vehicle have left her stranded from NOT starting are killing while in operation. I refused to even consider having that auto shop even look at he vehicle. This vehicle only had 48,000 miles. Someone also needs to be arrest and charged with unlawful activity and an endangerment to public safety. This thing go beyond just STATE_FARM the entire insurance industry needs to be look at.
