This is inexcusable. People should be fired for not protecting agains this risk. The city of NO should not be paidd for whatever it cost to use their stadium. Not only was this an international embarassment for the U.S., it interruped the Ravens drive and gave SF a fortuitous opportunity to re-group and almost win the game.
