You guys are just too tough and insensitive, I’ll bet you deny personal injury claims when someone spills their own water and then slips and falls in it and blames the property owner because they weren’t there to warn the customer of the risks associated with their own actions. To hell with contributory negligence, give us comparative negligence……the customers are so dumb (99% at fault) that the property owner is 100% at fault for not protecting us from our own dumb actions. Now that is America.
Where the hell has “personal responsiblity” gone? Is it gone forever? I grow so tired of hearing all of the victim mentality from those who merely cannot accept that it was their own fault and that there “must” be someone else they can blame! This lawsuit is beyond ridiculous and I hope it gets thrown out.
