Hello? It isn’t up to jails to prevent morons from getting convicted and incarcerated and thrown in there nor is it their responsibility to provide treatment for the mentally ill. Here’s a thought: if you don’t want to be subjected to these conditions, don’t do the crime. Jails aren’t meant to be pleasant.
