I question the sanity of paying this woman anything. Her delinquent punk son was commiting a ROBBERY and got his ass shot. Serves him right. Now she gets money? This is what’s wrong with this country.
That the pharmacist was convicted of murder means that the courts would almost certainly find him at fault in a civil suit. I’d settle if I could as well (though I don’t know that I’d vote to convict if it is prima facie self defense in a robbery – I’d love to know more about that case to find out why the jury voted to convict).
Obviously the person that did not like the comment from Jester and me needs help. They need to put themselves in the same position of the pharmacist. The kid was a menace to society!!!! Did the kid deserve to die, no but if he wouldn’t have been doing something against the law, that would not have happened.
