Last I was there,Louisiana had the craziest liquor laws I’ve ever heard of. If you don’t finish your drink in a bar they give it to you to-go. They have drive through daquiri bars. Open container laws have to do with an open glass container. You can walk the streets with a plastic cup full of whiskey, but not a bottle of soda. Are the laws still that way? Anyone?
