“The suit contends Richard Matthews informed the company “that it had not heard the last of him” when he was fired prior to the shootings.” That remark is hardly grounds to anticipate a murder and hire armed security. I could just as easily have meant he was going to sue. And, this guy’s wife wasn’t personally threatened. Everytime some whack job snaps it shouldn’t mean “Disneworld” time for the survivors.

Exactly right, Dugan. Matthews’ statement is useless in this context.

I am the son of Diana Tullier. I agree 100% with the above statement but I also would like to put in that without a living will or anything put on paper the children are screwed out the most. Our legal system is garbage when it comes to helping the people who need it most. I have spent countless hours and thousands of dollars trying to get a share of my mothers name, memories, and honor clear out of my step father’s wrong doing without the least little bit of success. He sat bat and spent every dime he got on drugs and alcohol, let their house go into foreclosure, moved in two women less than a week after her burial, and last but not least asked my 69 year old grandfather to meet him out in the parking lot at her wake. My life has been complete hell in this chapter of my life and no offense counter-sueing him at this point is my Disney world. I just hate that someone would do this to a great company such as Grady Crawford.
