bull s***! Cause of loss… adjustable rate mortgage. Lots of the “theft” claims I have reviewed since 08 have been complete and utter BS. Add Scheduled PP on policy one month and experience “burglary” the next? Hmm, let’s see ALL of your personal belongings have been purchased within a year and you only have HAND written CASH receipts??? BS! These numbers are just a sign of the times.

Well I know +50% in Austin sure isn’t a result of ARM. How about re-zoning the area next to U.T. in 2004 and allowing a small residential neighborhood immediately adjacent to campus to turn into a bustling mid-rise metropolis?

According to the most recent Alcalde, if you live in “West Campus” for 1 year your chances of having a burglary, robbery, or car break-in is one in two.
