Just think, if everyone in the USA operated on a cash basis and paid no “income” taxes, there would be no US government but there would be no governmental services either. When in Vietnam, do what you have to do to exist but if you live in the USA, live like an American, report your income and pay your taxes. Otherwise, claim denied!
