I would like to see if there loss claim is confined to lost opportunity to see seafood, or lost profit due to loss of menu items, or, to what is affecting some restuarants in the gulf, lack of staff due to staff bailing out to accept $29.00 an hour clean up jobs. Handling these claism will be as messy as the slick (attorneys) who help make these claims.

“Because of the spill, they expect to lose customers because of lower tourism and convention business, contamination fears and significantly higher prices, the 18-page complaint said.”

So…they EXPECT to lose customers. Maybe, maybe not. I EXPECT those higher prices to make up the difference.

Still need to prove your loss.

GPI, so true. The only winners will be the sharks that swim on land. What a sticky gooey mess.
