If only nonsensical politcal speech could he harnessed to plug this well. Alas, my guess is that the Feds will want to use greenbacks not that they want to take over. They act as if they have been sitting on their hands and are now ready to roll up their sleeves. What a bunch of hooey. If they had the answer, wouldn’t the Feds have told BP what to do and forced them to do so at THEIR cost. If they did have the answer and did nothing, that is criminal. What is going on is that this complex problem has many experts baffled, the most baffled being the Feds. This oil spill is a double tragedy, one involving the eco-systme, the other the ineptness and total inability of the Feds to handle almost any issue.

Everyone one of the inbred cajuns who expected nothing to ever change in their lives should read a copy of “Who Moved My Cheese”. They’ve been spoiled by being able to fish the gulf and be immune from most economic issues. Anytime a storm hits their little community, every taxpayer in the country ends up subsidizing the re-building of New Orleans. How many times will this continue to happen? Now many hundreds of billions of dollars will we continue to waste on a dying city that some fool was dumb enough to build below sea level?

Now the fishermen want taxpayers to spend more money to clean up their playground so they can continue to make money without being inconvenienced. These people have done NOTHING to develop a “plan B”. They have no marketable skills except fishing. Now they wonder “who will take care of me?”.
